The Claridges New Delhi has introduced two new initiatives—The Tasting Studio and a dedicated Food and Beverage Concierge—further strengthening its position as a leader in experiential luxury hospitality. Rooted in the hotel’s legacy of refined service and culinary excellence, these additions reflect a forward-looking approach that blends heritage with contemporary guest expectations.

The tasting studio: a destination for fine spirits

The Tasting Studio has been designed as an intimate, reservation-led space focused on the structured appreciation of whisky and cognac. More than a traditional tasting room, it offers an immersive environment for discovery, education, and indulgence. Guests and city residents can participate in curated tastings guided by the hotel’s in-house spirits specialists, gaining insight into flavour profiles, craftsmanship, and global spirit traditions.

The studio also hosts brand-led experiences in collaboration with international spirit houses, allowing guests to explore production techniques, heritage narratives, and the philosophy behind iconic labels. Complementing The Tasting Studio is the launch of a Food and Beverage Concierge service, a specialised team dedicated to personalising every aspect of the guest dining experience.
