Absolute Hotel Services India (AHS India) has entered into a Hotel Management Consultancy Services Agreement with Moksh Organic and Wellness Retreat LLP for The White Resort & Spa, Pawna, located in Lonavala, Maharashtra.

The resort is scheduled to reopen in February 2026 following a structured handover and operational transition.

Overlooking the Sahyadri hills near Pawna Lake, The White Resort & Spa is positioned as a leisure-driven wellness retreat.

The property will feature 75 guest rooms designed to emphasize comfort, privacy, and panoramic natural views. An all-day dining restaurant will offer a mix of regional and global cuisine, supporting its destination appeal in the Lonavala market.

The resort’s facilities will include:

• A full-service wellness spa

• A modern fitness centre
