Fairmont Mumbai has unveiled Samaa, a new poolside, open-sky dining destination designed for relaxed, experience-led evenings. Inspired by the coastal elegance of the Mediterranean, Samaa introduces a serene outdoor setting that blends refined ambiance with thoughtfully crafted cuisine.

Set beside the swimming pool, the venue is designed as a reservation-only space, offering an intimate alternative to the city’s fast-paced dining culture. Soft lighting, water reflections, and an open-air layout create an atmosphere that transitions seamlessly from golden hour to starlit evenings.
