The appointment, confirmed on January 27, 2026, reflects the integrated property’s continued focus on elevating dining experiences and supporting large-scale business and social events.
Experience Across Luxury and High-Volume Hospitality Operations
Subin Venugopalan brings over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and complex food and beverage environments. Prior to joining Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and HICC, he was associated with Sheraton Grand Whitefield, Bengaluru, where he most recently served as Food & Beverage Manager.
During his tenure, he led multiple dining outlets, bars, and large-scale banqueting operations, managing high-volume events with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.
Leading a Comprehensive Food & Beverage Portfolio
In his new role, Subin will oversee the complete food and beverage portfolio across both properties, including signature restaurants, bars, banquets, and large-format convention catering. His mandate includes strengthening culinary innovation, enhancing service benchmarks, embedding sustainable practices, and supporting the commercial objectives of one of India’s most prominent convention destinations.
The role places him at the centre of a complex F&B ecosystem catering to conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, and lifestyle experiences.
