Pavan Kumar Appointed Director – Institutional Hospitality

Pavan Kumar has joined Sarovar Hotels as Director – Institutional Hospitality, bringing extensive experience across corporate catering, facility management, and hotel operations.

His leadership journey includes senior roles at ISS and Sodexo Facility Management, along with operational assignments at leading hotel brands such as Radisson Hyderabad, The Lalit, ITC Hotels, Taj Hotels, and The Oberoi.

In his new role, Pavan will focus on scaling large-format and contract-based hospitality operations, while maintaining service consistency and operational efficiency across Sarovar’s institutional and bulk hospitality verticals.

Sonuraj K. R. Takes Charge as General Manager – Pre-Openings

Sarovar Hotels has appointed Sonuraj K. R. as General Manager – Pre-Openings, where he will lead the launch and operational readiness of upcoming hotels across India.

His professional experience spans diverse hospitality formats, with leadership roles at Cloud9 Sarovar Premiere Palolem, Sobit Sarovar Portico, DLF Mall Chennai, as well as global brands including Hyatt, Hilton, and The Park Chennai.

Sonuraj’s mandate includes managing complex opening timelines, ensuring brand alignment, and setting new properties up for stable performance from day one.

Anuj Sharma Joins as Director – Design Services

Joining Sarovar’s Corporate Development team, Anuj Sharma has been appointed Director – Design Services. With over 17 years of experience in hospitality design and project execution, he brings strong expertise in concept development, design coordination, and end-to-end project delivery.

His appointment strengthens Sarovar’s ability to manage technical, design-led, and conversion projects as the group continues to expand and upgrade hotels across multiple brands.
