Strengthening operational leadership at a luxury destination

Raffles Udaipur has announced the appointment of Sukhpreet Singh Bath as Hotel Manager, reinforcing its focus on operational continuity, service excellence, and leadership development within the luxury portfolio. In this role, Bath will oversee the hotel’s overall operations, service delivery standards, and guest experience, while ensuring alignment with global Raffles brand benchmarks.


Expanded operational mandate

As Hotel Manager, Bath will work closely with the Executive Committee to drive day-to-day hotel performance across all departments. His responsibilities include operational planning, service consistency, team engagement, and strengthening organisational culture, with a clear mandate to enhance efficiency while maintaining the property’s positioning as a leading luxury destination in Rajasthan.


Extensive cross-functional hospitality experience

Bath brings a well-rounded operational background, having held senior leadership roles across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Culinary, Spa, Engineering, and Security functions. His experience also spans revenue optimisation, guest experience management, compliance, and quality assurance, providing a holistic understanding of luxury hotel operations.


Accor and Raffles portfolio exposure

During his tenure with Accor, including assignments linked to the Fairmont brand, Bath has contributed to multi-department leadership initiatives and operational performance management. He has also played a key role in the pre-opening of Raffles Jaipur, supporting operational readiness and the implementation of brand standards.
