Chef Somnath brings over 20 years of culinary expertise across leading hospitality brands in India and international markets. His experience spans kitchen operations, menu engineering, cost control, brigade leadership, and quality-driven culinary innovation. Prior to joining Le Méridien Hyderabad, he served as Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad and previously held senior culinary leadership roles at Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Hilton Jaipur, and Hilton Goa.
Global exposure and luxury brand credentials
Chef Somnath’s international experience includes key tenures at Waldorf Astoria New York and Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa. During these assignments, he contributed to menu development, brigade training, operational planning, and consistently high guest satisfaction across luxury hospitality environments.
