Extensive Hospitality Experience

Banerjee brings over two decades of experience in hospitality operations and leadership. Before joining Eco Hotels, he held several senior positions at Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited, where he managed large resort clusters and individual properties.

His previous roles include Cluster Manager for Gujarat and Maharashtra, as well as General Manager at leisure destinations such as Puducherry, Virajpet, and Kumbhalgarh.

Proven Track Record in Operations

Over the years, Banerjee has successfully led multi-property portfolios, implemented SOP-driven operational frameworks, and delivered strong results across guest satisfaction, food and beverage performance, and overall resort profitability. His leadership approach emphasizes structured processes, financial discipline, and service excellence.
