His experience spans budgeting, forecasting, costing, financial analysis, compliance, and performance optimisation—skills critical to managing complex resort operations and multi-revenue hospitality environments.

Naveen holds an MBA in Finance along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, combining strong academic grounding with extensive on-ground hospitality experience.
