Located near Gumkhal and surrounded by pine forests, the new property strengthens Sterling’s position in one of India’s most popular hill and forest tourism regions.

Conceived as a calm, view-led mountain retreat, Sterling Valley of Pine, Lansdowne is designed for travellers seeking privacy, outdoor immersion, and slower-paced holidays. The property is well suited for leisure stays, small celebrations, and leadership offsites, while also functioning as a strategic stop within Uttarakhand’s broader circuit of mountain, spiritual, and wildlife destinations—particularly for guests from Delhi NCR and Western Uttar Pradesh.
