Inspired by themes of prosperity, longevity, and togetherness, the limited-period offering features symbolic dumplings, festive appetisers, shared mains, and signature desserts as part of the hotel’s seasonal dining programme celebrating global cultural festivals.

Soy x Neung Roi, the Thai and Pan-Asian dining destination at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, has introduced a limited-period Lunar New Year menu this February, inviting guests to experience a celebration rooted in prosperity, longevity, and togetherness.
The festive offering is part of the hotel’s seasonal dining programme, designed to showcase themed culinary experiences aligned with global cultural celebrations.
Symbolic Menu Highlights
The specially curated menu opens with Prosperity Dumplings, featuring Steamed Black Pearl Dumplings with chives and prawns, Barbeque Pork Sheng Jian Buns, Green Dragon Dumplings with minced chicken and spinach, and the vegetarian Forest and Field Jiaozi made with wild mushrooms and seasonal vegetables.
Appetisers and Soups
The appetiser selection includes Ginger Scallion Lobster with Sweet Soy, Schezwan Style Laziji with Sichuan pepper and peanuts, and the traditional Yee Sang salad symbolising prosperity and good fortune. Guests can also enjoy the Roasted Duck and Greens Bowl, a nourishing soup representing abundance and longevity.
Mains for Shared Celebration
Main courses are designed for communal dining and include Shandong-style Stir-Fried Crab, Braised Fish Fillet with ginger and sesame dressing, and the vegetarian Buddha’s Delight. Pan-fried noodles are offered in multiple styles, continuing the Lunar New Year tradition of longevity noodles.
Desserts and Finale
The celebration concludes with Sticky Fried Date Crepes and the restaurant’s signature Asian Flaming Dome, offering a dramatic and indulgent end to the festive dining journey.
