With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry—13 of them with Hyatt Hotels—Zagade brings deep operational expertise and a people-first leadership approach to the role.
A distinguished Hyatt career across India’s key markets
Prior to this appointment, Sonale Zagade served as General Manager at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon. Her extensive Hyatt journey also includes leadership roles at Hyatt Regency Chennai, Hyatt Regency Mumbai, and Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Across these assignments, she has successfully led large, diverse teams while consistently upholding brand standards across rooms, food and beverage, and large-scale events operations.
