Strong Foundation in People Management
Shukla has developed his skills across multiple established hospitality groups in India. His previous assignment was as Associate Director for HR at a Pride Hospitality-managed resort in the Clarks portfolio. Before that, he worked with Royal Orchid group properties and a beachfront spa resort, handling hiring, staff training, performance evaluation, and wellness programmes.
