The Oberoi Group has announced the opening of Naila Fort – An Oberoi Luxury Residence, marking its debut in the ultra-luxury private residence category. The heritage fort will welcome guests from 15 February 2026, expanding Oberoi’s portfolio beyond traditional hotels into highly exclusive, fully serviced private stays.
A carefully restored 19th-century heritage fort
Originally constructed in 1849 by the Champawat clan, Naila Fort has undergone a meticulous conservation and restoration process. The property has been reimagined as an ultra-luxury four-bedroom residence, preserving its original architectural character while integrating modern comforts and contemporary service standards.
Secluded hilltop location near Jaipur
Situated on a gentle hilltop amid open countryside near Jaipur, the fort offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and the Aravalli hills. Designed as a private heritage home, the residence is available only on an exclusive-use basis, ensuring complete privacy, discretion, and personalised service for guests.
