In her new role, Chavan will lead the group’s overall marketing strategy, oversee integrated brand campaigns, strengthen digital and e-commerce initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and support revenue growth across the Lords Hotels & Resorts portfolio.

Her mandate aligns with the brand’s next phase of expansion across key business, leisure, and emerging hospitality destinations.

Industry Experience

With over 17 years of experience spanning hospitality, marketing, and entrepreneurship, Shamal Chavan brings a strong background in strategic brand positioning and revenue-led marketing. She has previously led Marketing & Communications, eCommerce, Online Revenue, and Digital Strategy functions for leading hotel brands across India and the Middle East.
