Chef Sandeep Saini brings more than 20 years of professional culinary experience, having built his foundation at The Oberoi Hotels, where he began his career as a Commis. Over the years, he has worked with several leading hospitality brands, gaining exposure to diverse cuisines, service styles, and large-format kitchen operations.
His career includes associations with IHG, The Claridges, and global brands under Starwood and Marriott International. Prior to joining Le Méridien Gurgaon, Chef Saini was associated with Crowne Plaza Today, Gurgaon, where he oversaw comprehensive kitchen operations.
