In his new role, Arora will oversee the hotel’s overall strategy, operations, and performance, with a strong focus on service excellence, people development, operational discipline, and community engagement—aligned with the leadership values of Marriott International.

Extensive Experience Across Premium Hotel Brands

Gorav Arora’s career spans senior leadership roles with globally recognised hospitality groups including Hyatt Hotels, The Oberoi Group, Accor, and Marriott International. His professional journey has taken him across key Indian markets such as Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Jaipur, providing him with deep exposure to diverse guest profiles and complex operating environments.

Prior to his appointment in Kolkata, Arora served as General Manager at Jaipur Marriott Hotel for nearly three years. During his tenure, the hotel achieved consistent performance growth, enhanced guest satisfaction scores, and strengthened its competitive standing in the local market.
