Rajani Aiyappa has stepped into the role of Assistant Director of Human Resources, bringing extensive hospitality sector experience to the position. Her appointment reflects the property's focus on strengthening its people management framework in one of India's most competitive hotel markets.

Aiyappa's professional background spans more than ten years across healthcare and hospitality sectors. Her most recent position was with Four Points by Sheraton in Bengaluru, where she managed human resources operations and developed programs centered on employee welfare and organizational performance.

Her hospitality career began at Berggruen Hotels, where she progressed to a team leadership position managing multiple HR functions including talent acquisition, regulatory requirements, compensation administration, and workplace engagement programs. Prior to entering hospitality, she gained foundational experience in human resources at Manipal Hospitals.

In her current position, Aiyappa will manage the comprehensive HR framework for both properties.
