Aravali Marriott Resort & Spa, part of Marriott International, has announced the appointment of Rhythm K. Gandhi as Marketing & Communications Manager. The appointment reinforces the resort’s focus on strengthening brand visibility, structured storytelling, and consistent communication aligned with global brand standards.


Role and Strategic Mandate

In her new role, Gandhi will lead the resort’s Marketing & Communications function, overseeing brand strategy, digital and social media platforms, public relations, content development, partnerships, and campaign execution. She will work closely with internal teams to support commercial objectives, enhance market presence, and ensure cohesive brand representation across all guest touchpoints.

The role is central to driving brand-led engagement as the resort continues to strengthen its positioning within the Delhi NCR hospitality market.


Industry Experience

Rhythm K. Gandhi brings experience across luxury and upscale hospitality environments. Her previous roles include marketing and communications responsibilities with Novotel Goa Candolim, Novotel Goa Resort & Spa, Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru, Hebbal, and Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort & Spa. Her expertise spans brand campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, influencer engagement, and on-ground activations across hotel and F&B operations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from IMS Unison University, Dehradun.
