The new property of the greet brand, from the Accor group, opened its doors at the end of 2020, in the heart of Lyon.

Following the successful launch of the first greet properties in Germany and France (in Beaune and Marseille), the Accor group announced the opening of a fourth hotel under the greet banner in Lyon. The greet Hotel Lyon Confluence will benefit from an excellent location in the heart of the city, 2 minutes from the Gare Perrache train station and 10 minutes from Place Bellecour.

The greet Hotel concept, which was launched in 2019, consists in hotels with an eco-friendly vocation, with a unique decor, and which combine friendliness, design and comfort. The greet Hotel Lyon Confluence thus reflects the group's desire for each hotel to have its own style, with a decoration composed of recycled objects or objects diverted from their original use, in order to give these objects a second life.

The property, which opened its doors on Monday, December 14, 2020, has 79 rooms including 21 pure and 58 pop rooms, 6 of which can accommodate up to 5 people. Guests will also be able to enjoy a fitness room, three meeting rooms and a restaurant-bar, named Mademoiselle Simone, on the theme of jazz. Concerts and improvisation evenings are planned as soon as the health situation permits.

The greet Hotel Lyon Confluence and its manager, Marie Diévart, were keen to forge partnerships with brands that were not chosen at random, such as Café Joyeux (an eco-friendly coffee brand), as well as Bonobo (a brand of modern, eco-friendly jeans) and Corail (a brand of sneakers made from plastic bottles) to dress the hotel staff.
