It’s been almost a year in the US, but what still pulls me towards India is the richness of food and the service industry we have. I fall short of words to describe how selfless and amazingly caring our service industry makes its customers feel, an experience of which is with ITC Maurya. I miss my usual mornings at Maurya, their exquisite breakfasts, their finger licking and scrumptious lunch and dinner buffets. I wouldn’t say any less than the fact that it is just class apart.

Moreover, I, as a guest, also look forward to the experience along with the food. And the reason that Maurya is such a huge brand as a hotel and loved is because of its people. The warmth and care that you feel when you visit it, you feel like home away from home. I almost feel like flying back to India as I write, for that one morning when I could have their huge spread of all cuisines in their breakfast and the love with which they serve us. Indian hospitality is truly at another level when compared, and it makes me so glad to have experienced it ever since my childhood.

My special mention goes to some people at ITC Maurya who have made my experiences there so special and memorable, Mohit, Mukesh Sharma [Senior], Mukesh Batra, Akshay Mishra, Ankit to name the few.

It is nothing less than a a perfect place to be for service, their food and the location.
