SANTO DOMINGO, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC – Be Live Hotels, the collection of 31 four-and five-star hotels across the world’s leading destinations, with a range of experiences that adapt to the type of vacation and needs of their guests, recently hosted its 2021 Travel Agent Summits at Be Live Collection Marien in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, with over 100 top U.S. travel advisors visiting onsite. All travel agents  flew into the Santiago and Puerto Plata airports from different regions of the United States.  The successful turnout was a result of the planning and strategy of Liz Fox, Business Development Director. 

The 2021 Summit series consisted of four weekly travel agent events hosted from Monday through Thursday in March, where travel advisors had the opportunity to experience the property and the city of Puerto Plata, a hidden gem of the Dominican Republic located between the mountains and the ocean. 

General Manager Luis Liriano and his team planned a packed itinerary filled with the culture and adventure of Puerto Plata, including tours of Victorian homes, the vibrant Malecon, rum and cigar factories and shops.
