Some of us prefer the finer things in life. That’s why we work hard all week, that’s why we budget, and we save – to treat ourselves regularly to upscale clothes, cars, houses, and especially vacations. As with most things, you get what you pay for when you go abroad. If you try for a cut rate, second hand vacation you probably will not be happy with the results. If you’re the type of person who spares no expense (and has the financial means to do so) then you travel in the lap of luxury – the finest meals, the highest thread count and the most exclusive itineraries.

There are many travelers who would agree with your “high end” philosophy and who have become quite the experts at seeing the world in such a way. For those of you who prefer to experience the best of the best at a given vacation destination – or those who just want to see how the other half lives – check out this list of our favorite luxury travel bloggers to follow in 2015:

Carmen’s Luxury Travel

“My friends refer to me as the “Travel Channel”.

Like most of us, I worked in the corporate world.  International travel was an unknown to me.

This started to change in 1999, I decided at the last minute to join my grandmother and aunt on a trip to Europe. It changed my life. I had a new view of the world. WOW, it hit me that I was living my life in just one corner of the world but that I had family and interests that were worldwide.  But back then, despite the tease of tasting different foods and seeing the great sites of the world, I didn’t have the time or means to travel.

I got bitten by the travel bug.

Fast forward a decade, my life has changed in a number of ways. I remarried and have two step kids, plus my daughter from a previous marriage. I have a lot more opportunity to travel. I still have a sense of wonder and thrill with each trip we take. We travel sometimes as a family, sometimes as a couple, and sometimes I visit family (in Tenerife, Spain) alone.

Where do we go that everyone will have a good time? Hmmm..

We all work hard for the finer things in life. Nothing is more deserved than a proper vacation. No schedule, no meetings, no errands or clients to deal with, just complete bliss. I’ve been around the world, traveling to the most luxurious places, finding the perfect spots to unwind. Whether I’m with my family, my girlfriends, my husband, I’ve found a fabulous experience to suite them all.  Here you will find the best destinations travel for luxury, culture, shopping, and those once in a lifetime experiences that leave life long memories.”
