With a proven track record of success satisfying customers and serving drinks quickly and accurately, he is also experienced in managing and leading a bartending team to fill all customer orders. He also possesses administrative knowledge of bar operations. He is a professional who combines excellent organization with strong multitasking and customer service skills while prioritizing communication with customers as well as other staff.

He has done his B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai, India. He likes experimenting and innovating new cocktail recipes with an eye to detail and an ability to drive consistent brand standards. Equipped with relevant knowledge of beverages, he has the ability to deal calmly with a challenging situation and be an inspirational host. He possesses excellent customer service skills and extensive professional communication experience.

At Hyatt Regency Pune, he will be responsible for innovating cocktail recipes, taking brief sessions with the team about the ongoing trends of bars, serving drinks to customers quickly and correctly, arranging the bartending staff to best accommodate changing density of guests, and maintain customer satisfaction rating
