TAJ PALACE, New Delhi, welcomes Nayan Seth as General Manager. With over two decades of prolific experience, Nayan is an admired leader in the industry and a veteran with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL).

In his new role, Nayan will be responsible for the continued success of the Taj Palace, New Delhi through his strategic leadership, and ensuring margin enhancement and overall operational excellence. In his last assignment, Nayan led the fabled Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur, nestled in the midst of Lake Pichola, Udaipur, Rajasthan.

His exceptional experience with some of our most iconic luxury hotels will contribute greatly to the triumphs of Taj Palace, New Delhi,” said Gaurav Pokhariyal, Senior Vice President – Operations NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jaipur and Ajmer.

Nayan began his career with the iconic Taj Mahal, New Delhi in Front Office. He was promoted as the Executive Assistant Manager - Accommodations at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. After his inspiring and successful tenure with IHCL’s flagship hotel, he moved back to the capital and managed the hotel operations of Taj Mahal, New Delhi as Resident Manager. In addition to Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur, Nayan has been the General Manager of Taj Wellington Mews Luxury Residences, Mumbai and the Taj West End, Bengaluru.

Speaking on his new role as General Manager, Taj Palace, New Delhi, Nayan said, “A defining city landmark and one of IHCL’s most revered hotels, Taj Palace, New Delhi has held a special place in the National Capital for close to four decades. I am delighted to join the wonderful team here and look forward to carrying forward the legacy”.
