Sidholme Hotel brought to market for £1.9m

The Sidholme Hotel in Devon has been brought to the property market off a guide price of £1.9m.

The Grade II listed hotel dates back to 1826 and retains many of its original architectural features, including the music room with neo-classical style interior with fine chandeliers and vaulted ceiling. It also benefits from a range of public areas including lounges, conference room, restaurant and a terrace for alfresco dining.

The property is located in the Elysian Fields part of Sidmouth and occupies a secluded position within 5.2 acres of private gardens and grounds.

The site comprises of the main building which provides 46 ensuite rooms, a separate block which provides 25 bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a detached building which houses an indoor swimming pool and a three bedroom owners’/managers’ bungalow.
