Sandeep Singh joins Hyatt Regency Pune as director of operations

Hyatt Regency Pune welcomed Sandeep Singh as the Director of Operations. In the new role, Sandeep Singh will be responsible for heading and managing the hotel operations and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. A driven professional, Sandeep is extremely passionate about enhancing customer experiences and achieving operational excellence with his team. Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Pune, he served as the Director of Food & Beverage at The Westin, Gurgaon.

He has degree in Hotel and Catering Management from Vivekananda Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management, Gujarat. His passion for the hospitality industry has seen him rapidly rise through several positions within the company, with responsibilities spread across a gamut of functions. Throughout his career, he’s worked with various brands of repute, which has made him an adroit in hotel operations. In spite of his wealth of experience and knowledge, Sandeep Singh strongly believes in delegating to his team members to give them opportunities to learn more and strengthen their core competency. After all, he says, “A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.”

Speaking of his appointment, Sandeep said, “It is a great opportunity to be back at Hyatt where I started my career from, Iam looking forward to working with the team at Hyatt Regency Pune and contributing to its continued success and growth”. 

When not at work, Sandeep enjoys spending time with family and play badminton & lawn tennis.
