Ravi Khubchandani Takes Charge of Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport

A GLOBAL hotelier who earned his early spurs in New Zealand and was most recently the General Manager of the Novotel Hyderabad Airport, Ravi Khuchandani has been appointed the General Manager of Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport, which offers direct access to the departure terminals of the airport that brings the world to one of Indonesia's busiest tourist and business destinations.

After studying hotel management at IHM-Aurangabad and the Wellington Institute of Technology, New Zealand, Khubchandani spent eight years working in New Zealand, specialising in pre-openings, renovations and business turnarounds. before moving to Pune to head the Ibis there. He then moved to the Ibis in Gurgaon as General Manager and at the same time completed the leadership development programme at Academe Accor in Singapore in 2012-13.

As General Manager of Novotel Hyderabad Airport, he was honoured as the General Manager of the Year by BW Hotelier and Accor India for his exceptional contributions to his hotel and to the profession at large. In his new role, Khubchandani says he will focus on enhancing the overall guest experience, stimulating a stellar growth in revenues, and developing a talented and committed team to manage the hotel operations in a fast-evolving business environment.

Ravi enjoys exploring new destinations and cultures and is fond of road trips with his friends and family.
