Due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation, Rajasthan's hospitality industry has gone through a serious downfall in the last few months. However, after an ease in the lockdown imposed, the industry is optimistic about the hotel's bookings. 'Many hotels in Jaipur and Udaipur have started getting bookings from domestic and international travelers. One of the famous places, Ram Bagh Palace, has hosted eight different wedding events in June, and many people from nearby states have enjoyed the event. Folks at Rambagh palace are delightful due to the bookings, and said, "We are very happy to see the place filled with people who are enjoying wedding festivities, after a long break. However, we are taking good care of all the safety guidelines and handling all the normal events smartly. The period that we have gone through due to Covid-19 has helped us to learn many things that we are imposing now. We are welcoming our guests by taking all precautions, like wearing masks, keeping social distance and using sanitizers etc. We have introduced a new "immunity booster" menu for our guests so that they can eat healthly and stay healthy. Our menu contains spinach, lemons, and other such stuff. As per the latest update the hotel has implemented proper precautionary measures, and taking due care of our staff, including the magicians, flute players, and artisans. When drums are played in the gardens, the guests shake a leg ensuring proper social distancing while wearing masks. " In addition to this, other wedding venue, Alila Fort Bishangarh, which is on the Delhi-Jaipur highway, is also receiving bookings for wedding events. Spokesperson for Alila fort, said, "In addition to wedding calls, we are also receiving calls from individual and group travel segment, and we probably would start hosting them from October 2020. Other than Jaipur, Udaipur situated properties are also receiving booking queries. An update from The Oberoi Udaivilas, confirmed that they are receiving booking calls from domestic and international travelers after a tough pandemic period, and they are very optimistic about the future bookings. The Hotel is ready to serve its guests, and people there are very hopeful that more international travelers would be visiting them next year."
