Abu Dhabi based One to One Hotels and Resorts has promoted Philippe Harb to the position of chief operating officer. In his new role as COO, Harb will oversee the asset management of One to One hotels and resorts, as well as implement new management contracts of properties and serviced residences under One to One brand categories.

Last year, One to One Hotels and Resorts doubled its hotel portfolio by securing signing management agreements with five new properties, which be rebranded under the One to One umbrella by end of 2014. In January this year,

One to One Hotels announced that it was to take over the management of Morocco’s Tarifa Hotel and rebrand it as the Tarifa One to One Resort in May 2014.
