Having launched live virtual tours back in March 2021 together with the help of their Japan based ‘Insider’ Tour Leaders, the tours have been watched by thousands of people.

BOULDER, CO - Inside Travel Group’s Japan travel specialist brand InsideJapan Tours has announced a final Virtually InsideJapan tour for 2021 with a specific trade-focused tour targeting trade partners eager to be ‘Japan-ready’ for what should be a busy ‘peak’ in the new year.

Having launched live virtual tours back in March 2021 together with the help of their Japan based ‘Insider’ Tour Leaders, the tours have been watched by thousands of people.

“The next tour will be filmed at the seaside temple town and ancient capital of Kamakura, which is an easy day trip from Tokyo, but so very different,” said John McMillen, Inside Travel Group’s Trade Marketing Manager. “This particular trade-specific tour will be a chance for travel advisors to get an idea of what life is currently like in Japan, to gain interesting insight into the culture and to see the sort of thing clients will experience on a small group tour or fully tailored self-guided adventure. The live Q&A with myself and Tokyo-based Insider tour leader Brett Plotz will be the chance for advisors to ask anything about the country, the culture and how we work with the trade.”

Travel advisors are asked to sign up in advance for the free live trade event which will take place on Tuesday, November 30 from 8:00 pm Eastern / 5:00 pm Pacific, lasting approximately one hour.

InsideJapan Tours has sold over 55% of tour spaces for 2022 and is expected to release 2023 tour dates in early December.

McMillen added, “We know Japan is on travel bucket lists for 2022-2023 and that advisors are currently extremely busy, so we want to make sure the virtual event is just as informative and useful as it is entertaining.”
