On the cusp of its highly anticipated winter re-opening, Four Seasons Hotel Doha announces the appointment of Hani Abu Lafi to Director of Rooms. Hani joins the team from Four Seasons Hotel Amman, bringing more than 14 years of sales, marketing and operational experience to his new role.

Hani will lead the Rooms division responsible for not only introducing an exquisite new room product, but also enhancing the entire guest experience with unparalleled amenities and programs. The property's extensive refurbishment project includes re-imagined bedrooms, suites and guest floors; an enhanced lobby; new dining experiences and more - all set to debut in late 2019.

"Hani's background in sales and marketing offers invaluable insight into the wants and needs of today's traveller," says Jeff Rednour, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Doha. "Paired with his Middle Eastern roots and proven operational leadership, our team will be well-equipped to meet those needs, exceed expectations and elevate the guest experience to the next level."

Born in Kuwait and raised in Jordan, Hani graduated from Huddersfield University in England with a degree in Hotel and Catering Management with Tourism and Leisure. He began his Four Seasons career at Four Seasons Hotel Amman, where he rose through the ranks of the Sales and Marketing department before his promotion to Director of Rooms. In addition to spending time with his family, he also enjoys playing football and squash.
