Hall Arts Hotel Announces Opening in Dallas Arts District

The Hall Arts Hotel, the newest hotel to arrive in the Dallas Arts District, is set to open in December. Created by Kathryn and Craig Hall, founders of the developer Hall Group, the 11-story luxury hotel will feature 183 contemporary guest rooms, 19 suites, a rooftop pool, a luxury fitness center, and 6,000-square-feet of meeting space. Ellie’s, located in an open-air lounge on the second floor, is the primary dining venue of the hotel. HKS Architects designed the hotel, with interiors by Bentel & Bentel.

“Our vision for the hotel was to create a contemporary, art-filled space where guests could feel inspired throughout their stay, while experiencing all of the amenities and services of a luxury boutique hotel,” Craig Hall tells AD PRO. “We worked with two incredible art curators, Virginia Shore and Patricia Meadows, to bring this vision to life, and we are looking forward to welcoming our first guests this December.”
