Fairmont Jaipur Appoints Sukhpreet Singh Bath as Front Office Manager

TO SPEARHEAD the front desk operations at Fairmont Jaipur, the hotel has appointed Sukhpreet Singh Bath as its Front Office Manager.

Sukhpreet’s responsibilities will include supervision of all front office personnel and ensure that the guests have a comfortable experience and their requests are heard in a time-bound and efficient manner.

With more than 12 years of experience, Sukhpreet has been associated with a number of luxury hospitality brands and brings with him an expertise in Front Office operations. Prior to this role, he was at JW Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, where he joined as Assistant Front Office Manager and rose to the position of Front Office Manager. Sukhpreet’s journey with Marriott International started at the bustling city hotel, JW Marriott Aerocity, New Delhi in 2014 giving him a rounded approach to operations, dealing with multifarious guests.

Sukhpreet has also worked with Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts and the Hyatt Global Contact Center outsourced to Genpact LLC, giving him substantial knowledge within the luxury segment. This understanding will be crucial to Fairmont Jaipur’s operations and its brand passion for engaging and impeccable service.

Trained under the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development’s Systematic Training and Education Program (STEP), Sukhpreet places a great emphasis on training associates well on the job and then harnessing their talents. He looks forward to this pivotal role and working with Accor’s luxurious hotel at present. At a personal level, Sukhpreet enjoys driving and a good cup of coffee.
