Adding a fresh culinary wave to the dining experience at Shang Palace, Executive Chef Sahil Arora and a team of resident Chinese chefs are putting together a menu to make you fall in love with seafood all over again. The menu features delectable crustacean dishes like Scallop Hargao with Chives, Giant Crab Meat Soup Dumpling, Lobster Shoumai with Caviar, Scampi Chilli Butter Garlic Sauce, Lightly Steamed Spiny Lobster, and Schwezwan Chilli Crab.
Side dishes on the menu, including prawn fried rice, pan-fried noodles with crab meat and steamed or baked buns, complete the meal to perfection.
