Chef Akshay, as executive chef of Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad, aims to introduce some innovative flavours and new dishes for the food aficionados in the city.
He describes himself as a creative foody who will work towards developing new offerings regularly at various outlets at the hotel like Java+, MoMo and Bayleaf for the guests to experience and enjoy.
“I look forward to coming up with an amalgamation of new flavours and ingredients for food lovers of Ahmedabad,” says Chef Akshay, who specializes in Italian cuisine, and especially loves to cook Ravioli.
