Commercial Collective, CBRE and Moore & Moore Real Estate have begun the marketing campaigns for three landmark buildings at the heart of Newcastle in the Clarendon Hotel, the Fred Ash building and the Bennett building on Hunter Street.
Commercial Collective's Adam Leacy said they are being offered in-one-line or individually with expressions of interest for the sale or lease of the Fred Ash building and the sale of the Bennett building and Clarendon Hotel closing November 28.
He was anticipating interest to come from a combination of investors and potential long-term developers. A price guide has not been disclosed.
