Ambitious interior design firm Campbell House, founded earlier this year, has named Monika Moser as COO in its latest high-profile appointment.

For her new role at Campbell House, Monika Moser will provide leadership, management and vision for the practice, which has studios in Las Vegas, LA, Dallas and New York.

Campbell House’s latest key hire

It’s envisaged that Moser will ensure the controls, procedures, systems and people are in place to grow the organisation effectively, all while ensuring continuing financial strength and operational efficiency.

“In seeking to round out the leadership team for Campbell House, I knew we needed a player who embodied a respectful, constructive and energetic style while mastering global operational drivers,” said Beth Campbell, CEO of Campbell House.

“I needed to find a partner who could build up the team while working strategically alongside me on initiatives and would help foster a talent-first ecosystem driven by a cultural mindset of growth, transparency and transformation; and Monika Moser is that person. I am so excited that she has decided to join Campbell House as our COO and look forward to our continued partnership in changing the industry.”

An impressive track record in hospitality

For this role, Moser will draw on over 25 years of operational hospitality industry experience.

The new COO has accepted this post after most recently serving as regional managing director for London, New York and Paris at interior design firm Wilson Associates. Before joining Wilson Associates, Moser worked at Hotel Barrière Le Fouquet’s Paris and Shangri-La Hotel Paris, as well as for Hilton Worldwide and Four Seasons.

Having been born in Venezuela with German citizenship and raised between South America and Europe, Moser has an understanding of different cultures that contributes to her inclusive management style. She set out on her professional journey by gaining a certificate in hospitality management from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and an MBA in hospitality management from ESSEC Business School (IMHI) in Paris.

“Joining Beth and the talented team at Campbell House has been an evident choice for me,” said Moser. “Companies that strive to engage in meaningful relationships with clients and partners and strongly focus on the people are for certain building the future I want to be part of.

“From previous experience, I know Beth as a leader with strong integrity and fairness towards everyone she interacts with. I am certain that together with all house members we will create a strong foundation that builds upon trust.”
