Alison Grinnell has taken successful steps in proving herself amongst the competitive industry.

She not only planned the opening of dedicated hospitality staff accommodation for circa ,3500 employees in a campus environment, Grinnell also proceeded with the re-opening of Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace in Georgia after extensive renovation in March 2019.
