A-1 Hospitality Group Now Managing Homewood Suites by Hilton in New Braunfels, Texas – Hospitality Net

A-1 Hospitality Group, a family owned and operated hotel management and development company based in Kennewick, Washington announced today that it has acquired the management contract for the Homewood Suites by Hilton New Braunfels, a 90-suite property. This is the third addition into the A-1 Hospitality Group portfolio this year. It previously opened the Courtyard by Marriott in Pasco, Washington in February, as well as the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in The Dalles, Oregon in April.

Located at 620 Oxford Drive, the all-suite hotel offers guests convenient access to the Comal River, the Guadalupe River, Schlitterbahn Water Park, the San Antonio Historic District, the Greune Historic District and numerous restaurants.

The hotel offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, featuring fully-equipped kitchens, and separate living and sleeping areas. Guests are also provided with a complimentary daily hot breakfast, an evening social Monday through Thursday and complimentary Wi-Fi. Additional amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a patio with a fire pit and barbecue grills, a basketball court, a fitness center and 600 square feet of meeting space that can accommodate up to 60 people.
